If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery times listed above send an email to support@kissproof.co.uk with your order number, and ask for a tracking number. We will get back to you with the tracking number asap (usually within 24 hours).
Next, just click on your tracking number in the email to see exactly where your order is in transit. Just keep in mind that tracking information isn't available until 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.
